The Facility is located in Logan Township,
off Route 36 North of Altoona, on Blacksnake Road. |

Saturday: 9 AM to 3 PM

Directions to the Compost Facility in Logan Township
From Altoona, take Route 36 North to Skyline Drive. Make a right turn onto Skyline Drive then a quick left turn onto Blacksnake Road. The Compost Facility is located about ¼ mile down Blacksnake Road. Please follow the signs from Route 36.

DO NOT put these items in your curbside bin, or bring them to any other drop-off location. Plastic bottles and jugs #1 & #2 are the only plastics that belong in your curbside bin or other drop-off location.
